What is the core of Personal Branding?

I am obsessed with the concept of Personal Branding. It goes beyond what you are doing on LinkedIn and certainly it’s not shouting from the rooftop, that this is what I have done and the stars which I have won.

Isn’t it all about the Native Genius? Thoughts?
